We did really well with our menu last week and all but one thing made it to the table. This week we are trying 2 new recipes that I found in magazines this month. The best part is they both use fresh herbs we are currently growing, I love when that happens! Here's our menu for the week.
Monday: Memorial day BBQ at our neighbors
Tuesday: Shrimp and sausage skewers with smoky paprika glaze (new recipe!)
Wednesday: Organic grass fed beef hot dogs from the Meat Goat
Thursday: Walnut and rosemary oven-fried chicken (new recipe!)
Friday: Chicken Parmesan
