Christmas Wrap-Up: Christmas Day

After our Christmas morning we relaxed for a while, put Ethan down for a nap and then cleaned things up for hosting my family later that day. My parents came in the early afternoon and we had lunch and just hung out.

Michael worked on prepping another delicious dinner. We had crusted filets, chopped salad, baked potatoes, asparagus and garlic bread. He outdid himself again.

After dinner it was present time! Mom was up first.

Then it was the kids turn. They went at the same time so they got to keep opening.

Then Arla opened up gifts for Little Lady Lach due in June!

Then it was Arla's turn.

Then Michael.

Then Teddy.

Then Dad.

I was in there at some point too, but no pictures were taken. That's what happens when you are the person behind the camera! But I got some awesome running gear, a jewelry organizer and some beautiful jewelry. After opening presents everyone was pretty exhausted so they packed up some dessert and all of their gifts and headed home. It was an awesome day and a great way to close out our Christmas celebrations!
