On Friday, the kiddos and I made our way to Naperville to visit the DuPage Children's Museum to check out the new Leonardo DaVinci exhibit. We had a lot of fun playing.
After having a lot of fun at the Museum we headed to the new Christkindlmarket in downtown Naperville in the Naper Settlement. I have been to the one in downtown Chicago a bunch of times and I knew the kiddos would love it.
There are a bunch of little huts with vendors selling things like ornaments, decorations, candy and food items. We walked around a couple of times to scope out some ornaments and they finally picked a booth with wooden animal ornaments that were hand painted.
Ethan picked out a frog
Sofia picked out a hedgehog
After picking out some ornaments, it was time for lunch. Sofia had a giant soft pretzel and Ethan had a bratwurst. As you can tell they liked them!
Such a fun day with my littles!
