Favorite Summer 2010 moments

Labor Day is also known as the unofficial end of Summer. With Labor Day behind us, I thought I would do a recap of some of our favorite moments from this summer. It's been a fabulous summer, I can't wait to see what Fall has in store!

Birth of our nephew Jacob

Arla and Teddy's Wedding

 Such a beautiful day, a beautiful ceremony, a beautiful couple and one heck of a party!

Farmer's Market

We have loved going to the Wheaton market every Saturday since May. I am going to miss having such amazingly fresh produce, meat and bread at our disposal.

Blackhawks win Stanley Cup

 We had so much fun getting caught up in hockey this year during the playoffs watching the Hawks take it all the way to the Stanley Cup and coming home with the Cup!

Our new iPhones

I wish we would have ditched our Blackberries a lot sooner and moved to the iPhone, but better late than never! We've had them for several months now and we are still in love!

Home Improvements

We have been very busy around the house this summer! Between painting all of our hallways and our master bedroom re-decorating our master bedroom, a new screen door and door hardware, our new couch, a new entryway and our travel wall, we have been knocking out diy projects around here like crazy!

Our California trip

No summer is complete without a summer vacation, and ours was fabulous! We were so lucky to spend an amazing 12 days enjoying California. It was a trip we'll never forget.
