New Recipe: Chicken Club Pizza

I found this recipe on Pinterest and it came from Kraft so the ingredients on their site use all of their branded ingredients which we didn't want to use, so we made some adjustments. Michael was a little skeptical that it was going to be good, but it was amazing! It had so many great flavors. It was a great dinner and it would be a fun appetizer for a party.

Pizza Dough - we use this recipe
1/4 cup Olive Oil Mayo
1/2 cup Ranch dressing - we use this recipe
1 1/2 cups of cheddar and monterey jack cheese
2 chicken breasts cooked and chopped
8 slices of bacon or turkey bacon cooked and crumbled
1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
1 tomato, seeded and diced

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Roll pizza dough on baking sheet sprayed with non-stick spray and bake for 10 minutes
3. Mix mayo and 1/3 cup of of ranch dressing
4. Spread dressing mixture onto the crust, top with half the cheese, chicken, remaining cheese and bacon.
5. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. 
6. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and remaining dressing.
7. Enjoy!
