Well it's a short cooking week for me since it is Thanksgiving and I'm not the one doing all the cooking. I only have to make an appetizer for Thanksgiving.
Sunday: Slow cooked bbq turkey legs and salad
Monday: Pizza and salad (we're celebrating Michael's brothers' birthday at my in-laws)
Tuesday: Baked mostaccioli with turkey sausage and salad
Wednesday: Katsu don
Thursday: Thanksgiving, I'm making stuffed mushrooms
Friday: Going out with my parents after setting up their Christmas tree (It's a family tradition)
